The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We, the arte Hotel Vienna - AHB Atlantis Hotelbetrieb GmbH (the complete contact details can be found in the imprint) process your data for the purpose of harboring, or carrying out events in our hotel and visitors to the gastronomy exclusively on the basis of statutory provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003 ). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website and accommodation contract.

Contact with us

If you contact us by means of a form on the website, by e-mail, by telephone or in person, your data will be stored over 2 years for the purpose of processing the request and reservation and in the case of follow-up requests. We do not share this information without your consent except to comply with legal requirements.

Data storage

We point out that for the purpose of simpler reservation process and for subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the connection owner are stored, as well as name, address and, if specified, credit card number of the buyer. In addition, the following data are stored with us for the purpose of contract implementation: date of birth, voluntary information on food intolerances or allergies, preferences, hobbies, memberships. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to perform pre-contractual actions and will be stored in our hotel reservation system (Fidelio Suite8). For the fulfillment of the registration law, data are sent to the responsible authority (municipality / city council), credit card data to the processing bank institutions / payment service providers (Card Complete) for the purpose of debiting the agreed invoice amount, as well as to our tax advisor (company TGW, Stockerau) to fulfill our tax law Obligations passed on. In order to make your reservation and stay in one of the other IPP HOTELS uncomplicated and to be able to fulfill your wishes, access can be made from the following companies on o.g. Data: arte Hotel GmbH (arte Hotel Krems, arte Hotel Kufstein, Hotel Schwarz Alm Zwettl), Atlantis HotelbetriebsgmbH (arte Hotel Wien Stadthalle), ARTE City Hotel GmbH (arte Hotel Linz, arte Hotel Salzburg), ASB HotelbetriebsgmbH (I`m Inn Hotel Wieselburg). Of course, this consent can be revoked. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96 Abs. 3 TKG as well as of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit a (Consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
